Baxter Horton
of Fayetteville, Arkansas is one of Wenzel Coaching's main Southeast

in the sport. He is currently a USCF Expert coach and is focusing
on assisting developing racers and endurance riders reach their
goals.

work on masters degrees in Exercise Science and Business Administration.
Baxter is one of Wenzel Coaching's main physiologists and is currently

in early 2002. In the coaching arena Baxter has had great success
with beginning racers, helping them go from off the back up to the
front of the pack. He has coached several riders from Category 5
to Category 3 within one year. He has found a specialty in working
with riders suffering from overtraining and has helped these riders
return to their old selves, enjoying racing and life once again.
Baxter believes that successful cycling comes through the right
blend of science, commitment, and proven training methods. He has
already put those beliefs to the test with his own busy schedule
and has helped working riders make the most of their own limited
training time. As well as being a full time student, cyclist and
coach, he also has a wife and baby daughter.
