2003 Girona Spain Cycling VacationNine days of spectacular riding where some of the world’s top pros live and train.
August 28 – September 7, 2003 $799-$1,929 per person Join coach René Wenzel and experienced staff for a tour of the life and terrain of where some of America’s and Europe’s best pros live and prepare for the great races of Europe. We’ll have several guest appearances by some of the best and most personable American pros in the business, and we’ll spend our time riding among the hills, valleys and vistas of the area, allowing you the time to discover even more of Girona on your own schedule around the riding. Housing We will lodge at the vintage Hotel Historic located in the Barri Vell district of Old Girona. Hotel Historic is as old on the outside as it is new on the inside – and new it is! In fact, it is so new that at this printing, some of the hotel rooms had yet to be completed. The buildings were reportedly built in the 4th Century. Later it was home and sleeping quarters for the nuns serving the nearby church. We have six apartments available for your enjoyment. They are all fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and living room, TV, and telephone with DSL connection. Cook in your apartment or sample the local fare at nearby restaurants favored by the areas pro racers. Each apartment has two bedrooms: Bedroom #1: One double bed. Bedroom #2: Two single beds.
Maximum four persons per apartment (minimum three). Let us know if you have room mate (apartment) preferences. Wenzel Coaching reserves the right to combine roommates if preference has not been made. Double room requests made without a roommate will be tentative until a roommate of the same sex has reserved a spot.

Payments accepted by US check (payable to Wenzel Coaching), money order, or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Deposit of 10% due at signup. Full payment due June 28, 2003. Wenzel Coaching reserves the right to cancel this camp if minimum numbers aren’t reached by June 28, 2003. Participants will be refunded in full if camp is cancelled.
