When it comes to knowing how nutrition can impact performance, Heather D'Eliso Gordon has both the practical and professional experience behind her. She holds the highest credential given to registered dieticians for being an expert in sports nutrition: Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and has experience working with many cyclists, triathletes, distance runners and swimmers.

Heather is a qualified nutrition professional: Registered Dietitian since 2002, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics since 2007, consulting daily with clients at Kaiser Permanente as a Nutrition Health Coach in San Francisco.

Heather has practical athletic experience, having competed for three years as a road cyclist, knowing first hand how it is to balance good nutrition with a busy lifestyle and training demands. 

She has coached many Wenzel clients and other amateur athletes to improve their results, including cyclists such as World Championship team member Sue Butler.

Heather is a great listener, empathetic and genuinely interested in helping clients reach their goals; whether it’s improving their body composition, energy levels, event performance, and general health and wellness or addressing specific nutrition concerns.
