practical athletic experience, having competed for three years as a
road cyclist, knowing first hand how it is to balance good nutrition
with a busy lifestyle and training demands.
She has
coached many Wenzel clients and other amateur athletes to improve
their results, including cyclists such as World Championship team
member Sue Butler.
Heather is a
great listener, empathetic and genuinely interested in helping
clients reach their goals; whether it’s improving their body
composition, energy levels, event performance, and general health
and wellness or addressing specific nutrition concerns.
