Wenzel Coaching offers several mountain bike focused
programs.
Plans
focusing on mountain bike racing can be divided into three levels:

24-Hour Racing

Cross Country Mountain Bike
Racing:
This
focus combines mountain bike and road training including endurance
rides, interval training,
racing as training and specific skill training, including climbing,
descending, run-ups, sprinting, spinning and big gear training in addition to other
exercises. The off season program also includes weight training and
allows for cross training (such as cyclocross, running or skiing) in
addition to other cross training arranged by you and your coach.
Programs include minimum and maximum training times
for each workout in order to utilize the time you have available.
Available at Individual and
SemiCustom levels.
Custom level programming for racers
focusing on cross country mtb is also
available.
24-Hour Mountain Bike Racing
Wenzel Coaching offers both
individual and team programming for 24-Hour
racing with coaches who have both ridden and coached 24-Hour races
such as 24-Hours of Moab. We understand the training as well as the
little details that make the major undertaking and organization of a
24-hour race successful.

customization necessary for your event.

Ultra Endurance Mountain Bike Racing
Leadville 100 anyone?
Ruta de Conquistadores? Wonder what it's like to complete an epic
mountain bike ride? Our coaches can guide you through the training as
well as the ins and outs of riding off-road for extended hours of any
major ultra endurance event.
