Nutritional Guidance with Wenzel Coaching

Wenzel Coaching offers many levels of nutritional guidance to help you reach your athletic goals. From handouts and consultation with your coach, to our regular Question and Answer feature in the Wenzel Coaching Newsletter, to dietary analysis and prescription with our nutritionist, you will find the support you require.

Pre, during, and post intake analyzed and compared to evidence-based recommendations for hourly intake of calories, sodium, carbohydrate, and fluid. Personalized nutrition plan and consultations to discuss incorporation of the plan into training and racing.

Includes components of Competitor's Nutrition Package, plus a nutrition periodization plan for different phases of your training and competing season
