PROGRAMS FOR JUNIOR AGE RACERS... Wenzel Coaching realizes that training is as different for age groups as it is for individuals. For that reason we offer special junior training programs for riders with a racing age of 18 and under. For only $80 per month (with a one time set-up fee of $50) each rider will receive his or her own Individual level training program. Our only requirement in taking on junior riders is that we hear from the rider his or herself and not only just from a parent in the initial sign-up process. We are looking to coach motivated individuals who can cope and develop with a level of coaching discipline. Junior riders who have expressed an interest themselves in finding a coach and have a say in the initial set-up of the program are much more likely to follow and stick with any coaching and training program.
