Nutrition Coaching for Cyclists and Triathletes

An athlete holds a bowl of pasta salad and vegetables. Wenzel Coaching offers several levels of nutrition coaching and guidance to help you reach your athletic goals. You can find the support you require, from consultation with your coach, to nutrition articles on our blog, to dietary analysis and prescription with our sports dietitian. Our nutrition experts often work with clients who have complex diet restrictions, be it from gluten intolerance, food allergies, religious/ethical reasons, or auto-immune issues such as celiac disease.

“Sarah goes above and beyond and is really on top of my nutrition program. When I text or email a question she gets back right away. She has a good understanding of my lifestyle as a professional cyclist and texts me pictures of various food items from the grocery store that she thinks I should get to travel with.” ~ Jade Wilcoxson, 2013 US National Professional Road Race Champion
When it comes to recommending adequate amounts of nutrients for training and recovery, working with the athlete’s goals and food preferences is an art form. Whether you are eating kosher, gluten free, vegan, dairy free or all of the above, a Wenzel Coaching dietitian can create a plan that suits your training and event demands. All packages include personalized nutrition recommendations and education regarding your specific sport, tailored to your needs as a unique athlete.
