After all, you need fuel for your workouts, but too much fuel builds new fat. With the right mix of motivation, exercises, dietary adjustments and ongoing support, you can reach a competitive racing weight. We teach the eating and training skills that will get you to your goals and that you can maintain long after working with your weight-loss coaches.

Our weight-loss programs for athletes utilize three pillars of support, including nutrition coaching, mental coaching and performance coaching. If you already have your own performance coach, we can provide the nutrition and mental support you need to work with your current plan.

Whether you are working with just our dietitian or our entire weight-loss team, you’ll be provided with the motivation, skills and tools you need to optimize and then maintain the weight that will work for your performance goals.

Athlete Weight Loss Program Options

INDIVIDUAL LEVEL WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM:
3 Contact Hours Per Month

  • Performance Training: Individual Level Training Program
    • Personal coach
    • Written training program
    • 1 hour of consultation with your coach each month
    • Program will be specific to your goals whether that is simple health and fitness, recreational athletics or competition
    • Available for all event focuses except triathlon
  • Nutrition Component:  First month includes: initial nutrition assessment of food intake via online food journal analysis, nutrition, and exercise history. Consultation with nutritionist to establish adjustments to current diet to help you achieve your goals. Periodized meal plans. Later months include 2 x 30-minute consultation sessions each month.
  • Mental Training and Support: Four 15-minute consultations per month to help build and maintain commitment and motivation, and establish and solidify new eating and exercise habits.

3.5 Contact Hours Per Month

  • Performance Training: SemiCustom Level Training Program
    • Personal coach
    • Written training program customized to your work and event schedule
    • 1.5 hours of consultation with your coach each month
    • Program will be specific to your goals whether that is simple health and fitness, recreational athletics or competition
    • Available for all event focuses
