Experienced Guidance for Your Ultra Running Adventures
For those who enjoy the challenge of ultra-distance runs, our experienced running coaches and programs can help keep you performing and injury-free. Whether you are tackling your first 100-miler or are looking to improve your time and efficiency in an established race, we have a coach who can help. Monthly training programs for ultra road and trail running include daily workouts and regular contact with your personal coach. Exercises focus on form, speed, timing of recovery and everyday as well as event nutrition, using your coach’s expertise and experience to build a program that help you finish faster and confidently.
Your coach will take your goals as seriously as you do, optimizing the workouts for your available training time.
Your coach will work with you to reach a peak for your major event, dialing in pre, during and post race nutrition and balancing your training load with sufficient recovery to send you to your event feeling fresh and ready to run. Each program can be adjusted to work with a real world schedule, including work, family and other commitments. Your coach can work in cross training as well as help you return from injury for a stronger performance. Off-season strength in the gym can also add to the program.
