RECREATIONAL INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM...

This program is made for those just beginning in cycling who would like a program to direct them in their development as a cyclist toward getting fit. This can be a program leading up to a century ride, a weightless goal, dreams of racing some day or other general fitness objectives.

The Recreational Custom Program is a program that gradually builds up in length and intensity of rides and other training. Road riding, mountain biking and any other form of riding preferred by the client are combined to provide a program that is attainable within the clients general time schedule. An effort to keep the program challenging and interesting and within reach of the client's own motivation is primary factor.

The Wenzel Coaching racing newsletter is included in this program. (As Wenzel Coaching gains more general fitness riders we are hoping to add a complete general fitness newsletter.) The monthly newsletter illustrates skills in real life race situations, critiques and explains race strategy, providing advice for how to handle sickness and injury, and laying out schedules for best reaching or meeting with each coach in the upcoming month. All programs include up to 45 minutes per month of phone consultation time with the Wenzel Coaching coaches to answer any questions and help personalize the schedule to their individual needs. Consultation time is one of the most valuable components of this program and all riders are encouraged to take advantage of it. Additional minutes beyond the original 45 will be billed at the One on One consulting rate. (Very few riders ever exceed the 45 minutes each month.) Programs are mailed and billed monthly by US mail. (Programs by email can be arranged depending on your word processor.)

Programs are available for all levels of riders. No long term commitments are required although we encourage all riders to give any new program time. Write to Wenzel Coaching at WenzelCoaching@aol.com for more information and prices.
