Gym Class for People Who Don’t Like Gym Class

I am not a gym person and am definitely not a group class person because I feel out of step or uncoordinated. I would always rather be on my bike for exercise, but I recently found a class that keeps me coming back for more and makes me feel stronger on the bike – it’s a barreless class at my local 24-Hour Fitness (like barre, but without the actual barre so that you have to rely on different muscles to balance). It’s fun and it offers core strength and a great shoulder workout that I wouldn’t otherwise get. You can find videos on YouTube if you don’t have access to classes. ~ Coach Landi Saifer
