For athletes seeking more focused nutritional assistance, Wenzel Coaching offers nutrition packages with a sports dietitian:

  • Adjust body weight or composition.
  • Optimize fueling for training and event day.
  • Build new habits for health and performance with the support and accountability to a sports dietitian.

These 2-to-16 week plans educate, guide, and keep you on track towards your goals. Our nutrition experts are accustomed to working with clients who have complex nutrition challenges including:

  • Food intolerances and allergies (gluten, dairy, etc.)
  • Religious or philosophical dietary choices.
  • Challenges presented by jobs and just life in general.

Recommending adequate amounts of nutrients for training and recovery, and working with an athlete’s goals and food preferences, is both science and practiced art form. Your Wenzel Coaching dietitian will create a plan that takes account of all your needs. All packages include personalized nutrition recommendations and education regarding your specific sport, tailored to your needs as a unique athlete.
