Wenzel Coaching Cross Country Ski programs help take your skiing to the next level, whether you’re a skater, diagonal strider, or combination skier. Programs can target any race distance. XC Ski training plans include endurance training, interval training, racing as training, and technical skill training, including work on the various strides, climbing, descending, and cornering, in addition to other exercises. The off-season program can weight training and optionally roller skiing along with other dry-land training. Cross training allows for cycling and running in addition to other cross training arranged by you and your coach.
