Cross to the Next Level
Wenzel Coaching Cross Country Ski programs can take your skiing to the next level, whether you’re a skater, diagonal strider, or combination skier. Programs can be set up for any target race distance. XC Ski training plans include endurance training, interval training, racing as training, and specific skill training including work on the various strides, climbing, descending, and cornering, in addition to other exercises. The off-season program also includes optional roller skiing, other dry-land training and weight training and allows for cross training, including cycling and running in addition to other cross training arranged by you and your coach.
