PPP Program Details:
Whether you are a newcomer, a team member, or someone who has raced solo before and would like to better your time, this personalized program guide is designed to provide you with the necessary training so you will be ready to perform at your best on race day as a solo racer or a team.
- Alpine ski or snowboard
- Nordic ski
Sport-specific exercises as well as core strength and stretching exercises are also included.
What you’ll need for this program:
- Heart rate monitor
- Maximum heart rate reading
This program is self-guided. Professional coach consultation is available starting at $80 per hour, prorated to the minute.
